Payment Processing Time
All payments are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping address must match billing address to ensure no fraudulent orders are being placed.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within 7 – 14 business days of purchase. Delays may occur due to restrictions related to the COVID pandemic and whether restriction. Once shipped, a tracking number will be issued via email (be sure to check your spam or junk mail if you do not receive the confirmation email to your inbox). Please allow between 1 - 3 business days for your tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
When placing your order, be sure to enter the full correct address, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers. If you need to update your shipping address, email support@theyonico.com immediately. If your order is shipped prior to your address being updated, it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to contact USPS to change address, if address is not able to be updated you will be charged another shipping fee via Paypal.
We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, and or taxes. Our shipping fee will be clearly articulated to you alongside the service and estimated transit time during checkout for your order.
Delivery Issues (Lost or Stolen Packages)
If you receive notification that your order was delivered, however, you did not receive it; contact USPS Customer Support at 1-877-569-6614 (domestic) or go to your nears USPS store. After submitting the claim, email your claim information to Customer Support at support@theyonico.com so that we are made aware of the issue and to further assist you.
Missing, Wrong, Damaged Products
If you receive an incomplete order a wrong, please contact us immediately at support@theyonico.com. Be sure to include your order number and a picture of everything you received inside your order package including the packing slip.
Returns
All orders are final sale. We do not offer any returns or exchanges.
Refunds
No refunds. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been processed.
